These days with the slowed economy and tough times for all of us the focus has been shifted back to America products.  We have always taken pride in carrying many vendors that are proudly made in the USA.  The price for this product may be more that it’s Chinese counter-part knockoff but the value is HUGE…

Buying domestically is great for so many reasons: 

1.    American Jobs:

o   Supporting our local workers creates jobs here at home revitalizing OUR economy.

2.    Quality construction

o   American workers are known for their expert craftsmanship and pride in their product.  This guarantees a better built product without the cutting corner production that can be seen in products made overseas.

3.    More Choices:

o   Products produced domestically usually have a variety of choices in color, finishes, and styles and have many other custom options available.

4.    Quality Materials:

o   Domestically produced products usually made of solid hardwood frames for strength and durability.  The alternative is pressboard which is made to disassemble as small as possible for the cheapest shipping costs overseas.

5.    Better for the Environment:

o   Many products that are made overseas need our raw materials. This means that the materials are shipped from the US to China, the product is manufactured then shipped back to be sold here.  Just the fuel saved on not shipping across the ocean is a big step is saving carbon emissions from entering the atmosphere.
